Complete Golf Performance
Complete Golf Performance (CGP) is a program for golfers of all levels who want to improve their performance, avoid injuries and enjoy the game more, offered with LOR Physical Therapy in Laguna Niguel. It is crafted by PGA-certified golf professionals, physical therapists and fitness instructors, and it looks at the body-swing connection.
What CGP looks at
The program uses cutting-edge equipment to analyze the golf swing, a TPI screening process to look at overall fitness, mobility, strength and the power the swing needs, and physical therapy techniques to address any breakdown that the demands of the sport can cause.

Physical assessment
A comprehensive assessment of each participant to identify areas for improvement and injury risk factors.
Customized training
